At one point in my life, I truly felt like I was a completely different person one week before my period started. Magnesium

And even though this is such an important nutrient, many people still overlook it. Especially when it comes to menstrual health. However, the truth is that many women experience low levels of magnesium during their menstrual cycle. This can lead to symptoms such as cramps, irritability, and even anxiety. But if you incorporate magnesium into your daily supplement intake (ideally magnesium glycinate) you can help to relax tense muscles, ease cramps, and promote a sense of calm and well-being. Vitamin B6

Next on our list is vitamin B6 – a key nutrient that plays a vital role in neurotransmitter synthesis and mood regulation.
