Diet can be a major acne trigger for a lot of people Thats why I would always suggest to focus on a balanced diet rich in whole nutrient dense foods such as fruits vegetables whole grains plant based proteins and healthy fats I know that youre tired of hearing it but please try to limit refined sugars and processed foods as much as you can Whole foods and a plant based diet are the way to go Also make sure youre drinking plenty of water throughout the day

Stress Management

Its no secret that chronic or even acute stress can exacerbate acne by triggering hormonal fluctuations and inflammation Thats why its so important to practice stress reducing techniques such as meditation deep breathing exercises yoga or spending time in nature Have you ever noticed how youll get a breakout whenever theres a huge event approaching Well thats no coincidence So make sure you find a way to ground yourself and prioritize self care when moments like this arise
