Everyone knows how important regular exercise is. However, most people also know how difficult it can be to stick to a regular exercise routine. Even though it was Mia who started the concept, there have been numerous variations of the trend in the last couple of years. However, what stayed the same was the combination of physical movement and mindfulness. When going on a hot girl walk, the goal isn’t to just get your body moving. But to tune in with yourself, and so some introspection. This should be your time to calm your thoughts and spend some time alone. And the physical activity is just an added bonus! Even though the name may seem a bit comedic and unserious, the idea behind it is actually so wholesome. And honesty — our current spring weather is just the perfect opportunity to try it out yourself!

The most important thing is to be prepared — bring a bottle of water and make sure you’re wearing comfortable shoes. Next, what I personally love to do — put in my earphones and listen to soothing sounds such as white noise or ocean sounds. They help me clear my thoughts and stay as mindful as possible.
