Whether you’re hosting a glamorous pool party or simply soaking up some rays by yourself, the perfect cocktail is crucial! So, here are 5 pool cocktails that every glam girl will enjoy to sip on while lounging by the pool.

The Sparkling Strawberry Rosé Sangria

Nothing says summer quite like a chilled glass of sangria, especially when it sparkles! I just feel like I’ve been teleported to Spain every time I drink this delicious drink, and I’m so here for it. If you want to create this fiesta vibe at home, here’s my strawberry rosé twist on this drink. All you’ll need is:

  • 1 bottle of rosé wine
  • 2 cups sparkling water or club soda
  • 1/2 cup brandy
  • 1/4 cup sugar (optional, for sweetness)
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1/2 lemon, sliced
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Simply combine rosé, sparkling water, and brandy in a large pitcher. Stir the sugar until it’s dissolved. However, if you don’t want to feel guilty while drinking it, I would suggest opting for a liquid sweetener instead. Then, add sliced strawberries and lemon to the mix. Put the mixture in your fridge for at least an hour to let the flavors meld. Once it’s done, serve it with lots of ice and garnish with some additional strawberry slices!

Blue Lagoon Margarita

If you want a cool-looking drink that just screams “summer vibes”, I’ve got you covered! Because my gorgeous Blue Lagoon Margarita will make all your guests feel like they are attending a summer party in Cannes. The vibrant color and refreshing taste of this drink make it a standout choice for any poolside gathering. The ingredients are:

  • 2 oz tequila
  • 1 oz blue curaçao
  • 1 oz lime juice
  • Salt for rimming
  • Lime slice and cherry for garnish

To create the cocktail, first rim a chilled margarita glass with salt. In a shaker filled with ice, combine tequila, blue curaçao, and lime juice. Shake well and strain into the prepared glass. Garnish with a slice of lime and a cherry.

Watermelon Frosé

Frosé, or frozen rosé, is a summer favorite, and this watermelon version is as refreshing as it is pretty to look at. This delicious drink is just perfect for cooling down on those hot summer days by the pool. You will need:

  • 1 bottle of rosé wine, frozen into ice cubes
  • 2 cups fresh watermelon, cubed and frozen
  • 1 tablespoon sugar (adjust to taste)
  • Fresh basil or mint, for garnish

Now that you’ve gathered all of the ingredients it’s time to put the frozen rosé wine cubes, frozen watermelon, and sugar into a blender. Finally, blend everything until smooth. Pour into glasses and garnish with mint or watermelon slices.

Peach Bellini Mojito

Why choose between a Bellini and a Mojito when you can combine both? This Peach Bellini Mojito is the Hannah Montana of the cocktail world that offers you the best of both worlds — the sweetness of peaches and the refreshing zest of mint. The ingredients include:

  • 1/2 cup peach nectar
  • 1/4 cup white rum
  • Champagne or sparkling wine
  • Mint leaves
  • Sliced peaches and mint sprig for garnish

Finally, it’s time to create this delicious drink! In a glass, muddle a few mint leaves with peach nectar and rum. Fill the glass halfway with ice, then pour over champagne or sparkling wine until full. Stir gently add a few peach slices and a sprig of mint, and your drink is ready for the party.
